When developing the Vidty platform my priority was to make the entire process as seamless and easy for you as possible - submit the videos you'd like us to work on, sit back, let us take care of everything on your behalf...

You see, for over five years my team and I have helped clients grow on YouTube, but up until recently everything was managed using Google Spreadsheets.

As our company grew, we found ourselves having to monitor and update literally hundreds of client spreadsheets daily, and the whole process started to become an admisitrative nightmare. 

Which is why we made the decision to say "NO" to anymore spreadsheets and to transition across to a better system for everyone concerned! 

...but here's the important bit.

As a small team, we value relationships

We don't just want to be a faceless organization. We want to be an extended member of your team.

One of the only good things about using spreadsheets was that all of our client's knew us by name - we'd be in regular email communication.

So, here's what I've decided...

Rather than having a generic help article or a "submit a support ticket" page (don't you just hate those?) all Vidty clients are assigned their own "success manager".

Think of them as your representative - one point of contact that looks out for your channel, available for you whenever you might need.

You'll find details of your success manager below, but I also wanted to let you know that as the owner of the company, if there's anything that needs my direct involvment, for example if you feel that our work has fallen short of the standards that you expect, you can reach out to me personally at Mem@alomay.com
